Dr. Arnold P. Nerenberg is an internationally renowned speaker and the founder of the Power-Thought System as well as Advanced Power Sciences. He is co-founder of the WLOP and a pioneer in strength, health, & longevity. Dr. Nerenberg is also a world champion power lifter. He is married to his wife, Mahin, for whom he has written three books of love poems. He was born in 1941 and is the father of seven children and has written a book called “Raising Adults to Be Parents”. He has appeared on most TV and radio talk shows as well as having been widely quoted in many newspapers and magazines. He states “Power Thoughts have enhanced the quality of my life by a good 80% “. His advice is sought in many areas, and when giving his answers he often quotes his father. “Son, I have a lot of good advice to give you. Not because I’ve been so smart, but because I’ve been so stupid.” He is extremely grateful that his stupidity and struggles in life have made him a compassionate person and have enabled him to be of greater comfort and service to others.
