WLOP Video Interviews Interviews from our members at the "Bench Press Competition" November 12th 2005   ANNOUNCEMENT Every Wednesday at the WLOP Gym. Strength Training Seminar. "World Champion Invitational" Takes place when a world champion contacts the WLOP board to Challenge his own world record, at that time the board will appoint an official judge and at least one witness. Plus make arrangements for the event to be video taped. We hope to see you at our next competition.
